Military Experience
- Combat Infantry Rifle Platoon Commander
- Led men and women in military campaigns and on peacekeeping missions in Northern Ireland, Cyprus, former Yugoslavia, and the Middle East.
- Training Officer with Jordanian Army and the Italian Alpini Regiment (The Alpini are the elite mountain warfare soldiers of the Italian Army)
- Territorial Training officer- supported 4 Army Cadet Force Counties and 11 School Cadet Forces totaling 3000 cadets and 200 adult staff.
- Restructured team that was recognized as "Army Model" for all United Kingdom units by improving administrative procedures. Training, career development for staff, communications, the working environment and quality of life.

Education
- After he attended St. Mary’s Roman Catholic High School, David joined the British Army
- The British Army decided to send him to University of New South Wales – Graduated with Honors – Bachelor of Science and Economics.
- British Army sent him to be a Research Student study U.S. Maritime Strategy at Cambridge.
- Attended the Junior Division Staff College which is designed to provide a broad understanding of joint and combined operations.
- From 1998-1999 simultaneously attend University of Gloucester and University of Aberdeen where he earned a Master of Philosophy and Qualified Teacher Status recognized throughout the European Union in History, Geography, Information Technology.

- David is 49 years of age with dual US and British citizenship
